Gordon Wells is ex British Military with 12 years served. A highly experienced security consultant and operations manager for international security and risk management companies, with a strong background within the security and logistics management. Extensively travelled, worked and lived in many countries including many high-risk environments, with long standing experience in running operations throughout Latin America. Experienced in good coordination and liaison with NGO, oil and gas, mining, aviation and government and military agencies, as well as assisting major corporate companies to allow them to operate safely within hostile environments.

Freddie Ellis a British national based out of Colombia, South America is one of the founders of Black Mountains Solutions. His experience stems from seven years service with the British Parachute Regiment to where he served in hostile environments overseas.
Freddie has over 12 years international experience in the private sector delivering operational service in both hostile and non-hostile environments. To date Freddie carries a wealth of experience in various security roles within the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America in various sectors such as, oil & Gas, mining, Development & Aid, Government & Diplomatic Missions and Foreign Training areas.
Being a seasoned expat residing in the region, I already had an understanding of potential risks in the region. However with the recent political issues in Venezuela, I was apprehensive of what to expect with the current political situation and if any further risks would develop. I contacted Black Mountain Solutions for immediate on-the-spot advice. The consultants were extremely professional, cooperative and understanding.
