In anticipation of pending contract awards, Black Mountain Solutions is recruiting for Security Consultants in Colombia.

  • Candidate must have prior working and living experience in Colombia or Latin American country (essential)
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years experience working within Security Management and/or consultancy fields
  • Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) (essential)
  • Candidate must have experience working with computer applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience within the Oil & Gas industry (preferred)
  • Master’s degree or CPP certification (preferred)

Regional Operations Manager, Latin America

In anticipation of pending contract awards, Black Mountain Solutions is recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager for the Americas (Based in Bogota).

  • Candidate must have prior working and living the Americas (essential)
  • Candidate must have at least 10 years experience working within Security Management, consultancy and/or advisory fields
  • Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) (essential)

  • Experience within the Oil & Gas industry (preferred)
  • Master’s degree (Preferred)

Office Manager, Colombia

In anticipation of pending contract awards, Black Mountain Solutions is recruiting for a Bilingual Local National Office Manager, Colombia. To be based in Bogota the responsibilities of the role will ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative and support staff.

  • Candidate must have prior working experience working with Expatriate and International travellers
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years experience working within a Management or Supervisory function managing Local National staff
  • Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) (essential)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent people management skills
